• Inside Golf RAKE Review

April 07, 2014

Inside Golf has done a wrap up of the RAKE wedge this month in their Gear review.

Richard Fellner reviewed the club and said:

For many golfers, sand shots and chips/pitches are among the most difficult short game shots to master. And many times, this can be solely due to the type of club you are using, whether you have too much (or too little) bounce on your club, etc.

The new PNP RAKE Sand and Lob Wedges, from PNP Golf, help take the mystery out of the short game, with clubs that are designed specifically to help you get the ball up in a controlled and powerful manner.

All the goodies arrived but have not had a chance to take the putter to a golf course. Had a couple of goes on the carpet and it shows potential. Thanks again Paul. Cheers Ian

Hello Ian, Thanks for that 5 star review, good reviews are good reviews whether from carpet or turf BUT, maybe after using it on the green, if you feel inclined, let us know how you got on. Tip: Putt with relaxed shoulders and don’t lift your head until you finish your stroke. Thank you, Paul
Good short game

So far good in the bunker still working things out with the gap wedge perhaps should have gon with the lob regards Colin

RAKE Lob Wedge

Lob and sand

Love both clubs

SX1 Point n Putt

Well balanced putter...the weighted putter head makes the ball rolls solidly off the putter face. All you need to do is point and put in a good putting stroke.
