The RAKE Lob Wedge has 60° of loft combined with Dual Bounce technology 15° of rail bounce and 7° of sole bounce. This Dual Bounce Rail Design combined with Onset Leading Edge technology provides amazing control and allows you to comb through thick or wet grass, and bunker shots with more acceleration and less effort.
ALL SQUARE VISUAL ALIGNMENT (ASVA)
Both our SiteLine Golf Chipper and SiteLine Golf Putter utilise the unique All Square Visual Alignment. Which ensures your eyes are directly over the ball and your putter face is 90° to the target direction – EVERY TIME.
We all have different address positions, putting stokes, chipping actions, club preferences etc; consequently, setting up perfectly over the ball every time can be extremely difficult.
As a result, PNP Golf has developed an alignment set-up that shows you how to correctly align your putt or chip – EVERY TIME – with the ‘ASVA’ system.
DUAL BOUNCE TECHNOLOGY
The RAKE Gap wedge has 51°of loft combined with dual bounce technology 10° of rail bounce and 6° of sole bounce.
This Dual Bounce Rail Design lets the club glide through the turf for perfect interaction for shot making and distance control. This patented design has a gap between the two bounces that provides an avenue for the turf to pass through – and greatly assists when hitting from hard pan lies.
The RAKE Gap wedge features a 300g head weight and standard length of 35.5”.
See our Self-fit chart if you are unsure of length.
*The RAKE Gap Wedge conforms to R&A and USGA Rules*
These innovative wedges all feature the patented Dual Bounce Rail design while the lob and sand wedges feature an advanced ON-SET Leading Edge – delivering unparalleled performance from sand traps, thick or wet rough, tight lies and hard pan.
The RAKE Wedge breakthrough Rail Bounce design combs through grass and sand resulting in more acceleration with less effort.
What is the difference between PnP Rake wedges and other lob, sand or gap wedges?
The main difference is the breaking-up of the one (1) large blunt bounce, found on other wedges, into two (2) bounces; ie. a rail bounce and a secondary ‘between rail’ sole bounce.
Why does it work so well?
This patented design has a gap between the two bounces that provides an avenue for the sand, turf etc., to pass through; thus enabling more acceleration with less effort. Through impact the rails also assist to stabilise the club head.
